Late/Cancellation Policy

• In order to respect the time of both our clients and your service provider, and to ensure you receive your full service, I ask that you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients that arrive 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $10 late fee, and any clients with an arrival time exceeding 15 minutes after your original appointment time, will forfeit the original appointment and be charged full price for services booked.
   

• Lateness after 10 or 15 mins will result in your treatment being cut short in order to be fair & stay on schedule with the remainder of our skin babes!!
   

• Deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred once in the event that you need to reschedule an appointment.
